It's that time of year again :clap :clap.

Well obviously it comes a week earlier for me because we're at Wembley this weekend when most other teams are playing friendlies against Scandanavian pub teams.

But nevertheless the PREMIER LEAGUE starts on Saturday 11th August and we have once again set up a fantasy league LANZA LIGA on the channel 4 site.

To enter a team simply visit this site http://channel4.fantasyleague.com/
and follow the instructions. Existing users should be able to use their previous season's log-in.

Once you've set up your team, click on Friends League to join the LANZA LIGA with pin number 3990.
