Smile Today's weather!

Well it seems like its a cloudy one today as well, sunny patches that are very appreciated, temperature 20ºc “again” and a bit of cold wind. It’s still better weather than what most of Europe is having.

Isn’t it great to live on Lanzarote!

Good morning!

Weather today not very predictable as it was sunny yesterday morning and afternoon, then rained most of the night!, today seems to be going the same way!

Temperatures round about 21ºc, just rained a little this morning but the suns coming out and it looks as if its going to be a wonderful day!

Hi Lindsay,

Hard question that is!

Playa Blanca is down the south of the island and weather there is always good!

So you can look forward to great weather!

Good Morning,

Temperatures today are dull rounding 18ºc - max 20ºc, cold wind and sky's covred in clouds threats of rain. Sorry folks!

:sucl :sucl :rain :sucl :sucl

No doubt that this weather isn’t going to last long by afternoon time the sun will be shining at its best as usual.

Weather prediction for the day.

Cloudy patches and wind, there will be a bit of rain, temperatures 17ºc min - 19ºc max, still warm enough to walk along the beach front or do some X-mas shopping!

Wouldn't it be better if you told us what the weather had been that day as we can get forecasts anywhere,, If you say it may rain I don't know if it did or it didn't?? Just a thought:sigh

Thanks for the hint!,

I'm not sure what everyone prefers to know? Would people want to know what the weathers going to be like or how the weather was? you may of noticed that weather forecasts that are made a broad or even made from Spain occasionally don’t coincide because weather in the canaries is unpredictable, I find to watch the Spanish news in the morning they’ll say its going to rain and all the contraire its a lovely day... if you’d like I can give a weather update in the afternoon? I personally prefer to let people now what the weathers like "live" as I'm based on Lanzarote and only have to check island (Lanzarote specific)weather report the night before or even in the early morning, even so the weather can change in the blink of an eye!

I’m open to any suggestions that will improve weather reports, or can people let me know if they would like to know at the end of the day what the weather was like instead of a forcast? Thanks!

Hi,

After yesterday's great weather I'm afraid today isn’t going to be the same!

Today is going to be overall cloudy, wind has picked up yet again and there are possibilities of rain on some parts of the island especially up north! Temperatures between 17º min and 19º max.

Indeed the weather has changed!,

Rain, Rain, and more rain...sorry! Once again I repeat Canaries weather reports aren’t spot on I’m afraid, this type of rain was supposed to be coming on X-mas day and Boxing day according to weather forecasts on TV( these mentioned day's were full of sunshine )... but... its apparently a week late!
And as for me not posting: "am I not entitled to a Christmas holiday?" its a time of year to enjoy and be with the family!
I apologize for not being present during these day’s!

hi jenica,
i am not saying that you should post the weather over xmas or other holidays. perhaps you should change the topic title and remove the "daily".
the former admin managed to post daily.

Sorry dave! It’s a bit hard for me to get things started...I have an Idea of the effort the previous admin had to make but indeed it’s not easy, all I get is offensive comments when I really haven’t done anything to disserve them!

Hi all,

You may have noticed those of you that are on the island what weather in canaries is like….It poured down with rain all day causing problems all over the island, yet today is another day, warm temperatures, very sunny and not a cloud in sight …and according to predictions its supposed to be raining still, never mind… lets all enjoy this lovely last day of the year!

Happy New Year!

Shame the weather reports seem to have finished. I am going back to Lanzarote in October and always check the forecast a week or so before.
