I'v found a club in playa blanca bjj opposite the church down the side of a shop called poco loco go passed shop and you'll see a green door 8 o clock mon tue thurs fri purple belt instructor he's very good he also does mma

this Gi or no Gi? i come over on holiday at least once a year and would like to train whilst away.

i did judo up until brown belt. and like kick boxing do they do this on lanza would be fun!
i prefer contact rather than dancing in circles around each other!
