It would be a real shame if La Ola is forced to close, lets hope Lani can sort this one out. I think its an upmarket venue and brings a bit of class to the Puerto del Carmen strip:shkhd .

I thinkmits in the hands of the Supreme Canarian Govt, the local Tias officials were happy to leave it open I think but the big boys are onto it now so it might be a bit more tricky for Mr Lani to sort this one out.
Good luck to him though, totally pointless bullying to knock it down, and a waste of public money.

Found this article on La Ola, Lani has asked to remain open for two months to legalise the property. He also said it would be a shame to let 40 employees go after 5 years service.
