Bitacora, Rosamar or Aquazul appartments

Hi All

Hoping to head to lanzarote for a week in january and have options of the following 3 appartments, i would be very grateful for any feedback on these as I need to book them asap. Location, cleanliness etc I've read trip advisor but hoping I#ll get soom advice here too.

For 7 nights for 2 people the following are the prices, please advise on best value, are rosamar worth an extra 50 each?

Rosamar 717
Bitacora 616
Aquazul (sp!) 690

We'd like somewhere quite, clean and a short walk to the strip.

I've stayed at Bitacora and it's quite good but not stayed at the other 2.
Bitacora is quite close to the strip but it's quite a climb up to it, the other 2 are a bit closer and probably not quite so high up.

I've stayed at Aqua azul a few times but it was a while ago,, Went into them last year and they have been done up.. the pool is nice and they have a pool bar and an indoor bar,, the apartments were a good size and are in a good position for the front with no hills!!

So its just Rosamar you need now :lol
