Hey. A couple of friends and I are moving to Puerto Del Carmen in February 09 and we're wondering if anyone knows of any appartments who do long term lets. We're looking for something around the Casino area. The appartments we stayed in, Atalaya, don't do long term but we heard some others do. Does anyone know of any?? Or have any advice about where to stay in general???

I have a few apartments in Los Mojones, its a complex called Lomo Verde, you can google it, think it was also called Green Oasis before. I also have a handful of these for sale at great prices. only problem is Los Mojones is nowhere near the casino so would not really benefit the people looking for long term rental. I found property in the Los Mojones area more expensive and i have been going to Lanzarote for over 10 year;s now.I would suggest for long term rental's go to :

I recommend these highly as i have had long term rental from these before and they are not too expensive , and can also include bill's so even better.
