| Rancho Texas park during the day, kids love it. If you like boat trips but don't want to spend too much there's a water taxi from the harbour in the old town to Puerto Calero, it's 7.5E adult and 5E child, return. Puerto Calero is a lovely place with a beautiful Marina. There is also a Dolphin museum that kids love or you could just chill out having lunch in one of the retaurants overlooking the boats. There is also a submarine trip from there but it's not cheap. Another trip to consider is the water park in Costa Teguise. There is a bus from PDC that was 3E each return and it was 21E adult and 14E child last time we were there a couple of years ago. One trip I'd highly recommend is the trip to Timanfaya (Fire Mountain). If you have a hire car there is Guinate park in the north of the island, I can't remember the price even though we were there a fortnight ago but it wasn't expensive and again, kids will love it. I'm sure there are other things I've missed but maybe someone else will post them. |
