First time to lanzarote

Hi, going to Lanzarote for the first time in july. Was wondering if anyone had stayed at Hoteur Aquarious? If so what you thought of it? Also some information on the nightlife would be good.. any foam parties? I think our appartments are in the old town, can anyone tell me how long a walk it is/how much a taxi costs to the main nightlife? Lots of questions! :D

its about a 20 min walk from the old town to the main strip of bars
starting at linikers
a taxi will cost about 3 euro to the night life(atlantico centre)
i'm sure you will enjoy your time in lanzarote
i am there at the end of july with my wife my daughter and her boyfriend

Stayed at the Aquarius Apartments in Feb this year. Accomodation is good, clean, nice pool, but absolutely freezing in Feb. Apartments are in the Old Town, on Calle Teide with a view down into the harbour. As mackemtim has suggested, go down the strip if you want bars/cluds that stay open until 6 in the morning. There are one or two good bars in and around the harbour area, and some very good restuarants.
I'm sure you will enjoy Lanzarote, we always do. Will be there 31st July for two weeks, won't come soon enough.
