P-d-c??

¡Hola!
We are looking to book a holiday (99%) to Lanza for the end of this month. My question is P.D.Carmen or not??
Have previously holidayed in Costa Teguise twice but considering a change.
Thinking of going to the old town. Love sunshine, swimming, tapas, spanish owned bars/restaurants. Dislike big hills, expensive prices etc, HATE touts/P.R's, Arcades, novelty shops etc.
Do you think the old town suitable for two 40 somethings, 1st hols without the kids?
Thanx.

I love the old town of PDC...you feel like more living with the spanish people..But if you want to have a very nice meal, different from the pizzerias ans mexican restaurants, I would recommand a new restaurant on avenida de las playas: "LANZ' " at the beginning of the street. it s a french and international restaurant, nice service, very nice food for a reasonnable price, and beautiful sea view... have a good holidays!!
