Hi,

I was wondering if you could help me i am booking a villa with a villa management company that i found on the internet and before i go ahead and lodge money to a bank account to book a villa to secure it i want to check that the comany is a legitmate company in Lanzorote. Has anybody heard of primero real estate. www.primero-lanzorote.com ?????

I've never heard of them and they only have 10 villas on their books.

Expensive too.

I always book direct with the owner, try www.holiday-rentals.com or www.luxuryvillaslanzarote.com

www.lanzarotelates.com are great too. The guys are really friendly & helpful. We have been going with them for a few years now and never had a problem. All ex pats and can't do enough to help you.

hi, look for richard at optima villas - great guy, good prices, great houses! we stayed at villa dulce hogar which is great and quite unexpensive (only because it has no view to the ocean, not because it's somethig wrong with it - the house is super cool). richard has many years experience and surely will provide you the best service you can get on lanza.
