can anyone tell me how long it will take to get from the airport to playa blanca on the bus

I don't think the bus goes from the airport to Playa Blanca you would need to get to Arrecife,, not an easy task with suitcases! It is about 35 to 40 euros in a taxi and takes about 1/2 an hour. You can get car hire for not much more than you would pay there and back,, for a week.

Your best options from the airport to Playa Blanca are -

Taxi
Hire a car
Book a (coach) transfer.

as alreay said to use the normal bus you would really have to
go into Arrecife Bus station and change. You would be in
Playa Blanca long before leaving Arrecife if you used one of the
three ideas above..
