Matagorda Accomodation

Hi we have just returned from a wonderful week in Matagorda.
Staying at the Playa Pocillios apartments. We want to come for three weeks at Christmas and if it werent for the hellishly uncomfortable beds would stay at Playa Poccillios again for sure.
We have been offered an a bungalow called Sunseeker 9. I cant find any reviews on it whatsoever. Can anyone tell me if its nice or not ?.
Im just a bit wary as I have to send a deposit by cheque and I obviously dont want to lose my money. If someone could tell me something at all it would put my mind at rest.
