Holiday Village Sun Tropical Water Park???

Hi there,

Can anyone help me please? Has the Sun Tropical really got a water park now? I saw some photos on a review website recently, and initially thought they were from a DIFFERENT 'Sun Tropical' as I've been there three times and they weren't in existence then. My son is highly excited at the thought of more flumes and water features, but I don't want to disappoint him by booking to find out it was a mistake ... I wondered if it was as a result of First Choice and Thomson joining forces .... maybe upgrading more of their properties ...? Any info would be greatly appreciated, please. I just can't picture where they would be.

No, sorry to disappoint.

When we were there in September there is a small "splash park" where the kids can get wet with various watery bits and also a couple of very small slides that will deliver you into the main pool.

These were probably there when you were there last.

Hi Lanzalot,

Thanks for taking the time to reply. The last time I went was July '07, and there was no splash park there then, nor slides into the pool, so it does sound like something new! If you look on Google Earth, that shows the site as I remember it, so you can see how it used to be. My little lad will be happy.
