Hi bob, I love everything about Costa Teguise apart from the gully gully men who annoy me no end.
I'm not a bar person, I prefer having a meal with a few drinks.........but, I do like Hook and Chiz Pas in the Pueblo Marinero. Lucias tapas bar, the Lighthouse and the Lively Lady's fun bar.:cheers

Agree Peggy no gully gully men. We like to have a drink in Dickens bar before having a fab meal at El Navarro
I love the prom at CT from the Arricife end that is the Kings holiday home La Mareta though why it was built there overlooking the desal. plant and docks I am not sure, I would have thought PB or P.Calero would have been more scenic? however the walk is lovely toward Playa Bastion, a stony beach nice and quiet with sheltered areas further on to the best beach in my opinion, Jablillo, wonderful snorkelling with loads of fish that I love to feed, in fact they seem to be getting bigger, and greedier every year! the breakwater is great and gives you safe, sheltered snorkelling and swimming, though I think the sand is being washed away over time with big seas and the council will have to look at importing more sand to that area. The next beach is Cucharas, the main beach of CT a hive of activity for all sea lovers, windsurfing is the main occupation on this beach also very family friendly, behind this beach is all that a family wants on holiday. However the discerning holidaymaker will find fabulous eating places and Lanzarote's history and culture within a few miles of this resort. Apart from Timanfaya I think that the North of Lanzarote is the best of the Island
