hi, my first post, need some info regarding communidad rules, are the community admin team allowed to make up their own rules for the complex ,OR must all community rules be agreed on by all the owners before they are put into force. We have had some stupid rules forced upon us.

The rules are normally voted for at community meetings and the majority wins the decision. Make sure you are represented or attend the AGM to have your say.
