Thinking of moving to Lanzarote. few Qs

Hi all i am currently working in london and so bloody sick of the rat race that i am 70% convinced about moving to Lanzarote.
I will buy a business when i come over there and if i rent a 3 bed villa with a pool is it easy to rent out a room? if so how much do you think i could charge.
Is there any places in the island that you would that are rough or run down that you would advise me not to get business in or to live?
Also is there many single Women living on the island? not on holiday.
