Nice long term rental wanted in Lanzarote.

Hi,
We are looking for a long term let in Playa Blanca (would consider other areas).
Currently living in Fuerteventura but moving ASAP to Lanzarote for business reasons.
We have residencia & pay our taxes
We need a minimum of 2 beds. With a garden. We have 2 babies, so need it to be in good order & safe! (we also have 2 very small, house trained chihuahuas)
Fully furnished please. Nice and comfy!!!
To start with we are looking for a one year rental . We have now sold up in the UK and are looking to buy in Lanzarote in 2011.
Also in a cental position. Pool would be nice but not essential. A complex is fine but a house or bungalow or ground floor flat.
We are a nice, honest , friendly family and sadly we have been ripped off and let down and need a nice little property very quickly because of this . Around 600 including bills is our max price.
