Porsches!

Did anyone see the Porsches parked at Puerto Naos docks today? There were about 30 of them, all parked on the dockside, mainly Boxsters, but some others.

I saw these this morning, in convoy on the San Bartolomé to Teguise road. They looked fabulous!

I saw two groups of them today, one heading through Uga towards Yaiza and the other parked outside the new bodega in La Geria Stratus. They looked really good against the lava and wine zocos.

Must have been some kind of PR work for Porsche as they were out and about every day and in a recent magazine article I read on the new porsches the photo showed a very familiar backdrop!

Cool porsches as hook

yeah, we've seen them almost a month ago (as we've visited lanza again:)) - a group of about 15, white and red ones. now if you don't mind - this is how it goes: a company invites some vips, each vip gets a car and a driving instructor + few company people. and so they drive, visit some places, later on eat sth. good and they spend a day or more like that. this is a method of making good business (they call it 'adding value and sharing unforgetable experieces'). we met this group at el golfo, as much i managed to hear it were arab guests. now the question is, who is doing this business. in my opinion it may be even the porsche ag (ltd) itself, considering how big this action is and that arab businessman are known for big deals.
many companies organize such events, for bigger and smaller groups of clients/potential clients or for own staff (as award for working it's ass off;)).
and i have to trot out with my experience:) i organized two events like that, with... robert kubica as 'added value' (one for 80 people, with a real f1 bolide, only without engine - kubica was explaining how it drives, and another one for 30 people with a f1 bolide and brand new bmw m3's, on a closed airport which we used as racecourse, the guests were driving like crazy with bmw motorsport instructors and they had co-drives with kubica) - it was organized for one of bmw sauber's sponsors. all invited people were potential clients. well, rich people have a nice life, don't they?;
