Famous Dublin Band playing at Charlie´s Bar in 2008

Hi there people,

just wondering, after looking at the Charlie´s Bar website (www.charlieslanzarote.com) and seeing that there is a "famous Dublin band" advertised to play at Charlie´s Bar in March 2008 - does anybody have an idea of who this could be????

Well, let's see which "famous Dublin bands" I can come up with. Boyzone. Westlife. The Miami Show Band. Clannad. Oh yes..........U2.

I would have thought The Wolftones and Sharon Shannon (booked and announced for Charlies) were pretty famous, so, presumably, the mystery band is even more well known. Umm.........

And I can add The Pogues, Bewitched, The Nolans and The Bachelors! More likely, though (and this is a total guess) are The Hothouse Flowers.
