We are once again coming to Peurto Del Carmen at the end of March 2007.
The Lanzaid concert by the harbour last year was a great night out. I cant find any details if/when it is taking place this year . Has anybody got any info please ?]

ok edited as I've just check and I'm getting my dates mixed up.

Lanzaid is going ahead %100, the date is early April but nothing is confirmed hence I wont give the date out.

No idea when the date will be confirmed but it's going to be a few weeks before hand at this rate, so I can't see it getting much press and taking a large amount of money...

Hi Jon Paul
I E-mailed Sharon Kemp last week, and posted on the other forum last night on the strength of her reply (prior to reading your post). Sharon reckons that the date will still be 7th April, but did mention having to push the Tourist Board, and " will keep me posted. " We would appreciate any further info that anyone has to offer.

Hi, I'm Lara from the band 'Dayfall' www.dayfall.co.uk or www.myspace.com/dayfalluk. We were hoping to play Lanzaid this year but we are playing a festival for The Macmillan Cancer fund which has been booked for ages for 7th April 2007.....Imagine our disappointment when I found out from Sharon it was the same date as Lanzaid!

We represented England in The 45 Nations European Flag Day Festival in Boulogne last year and would love to play abroad again soon.

Anyway, thought I'd come and say hi and wish you all all the best.

There was no Lanzaid 2007, and definately not in 2008. It has died a death.
