Lanzarote 12 months on

It's been a year since my last visit to Lanzarote and every time I go I see many changes. Some places close and some new ones open.
The biggest change over the years I have been going is the landscaping, which gives the Island a cleaner tidier look. I was amazed and delighted at all the palm trees, flowers and even grass that's now appearing all over the Island. I love it.:mus

Have to agree with Peggy, despite all the building, new hotels, apartments etc. the landscaping is keeping pace and growing all credit to the people who ensure, in an environment that does not have much rainfall, the flora is important and looked after, like Peggy I love it too

My daughter is over there at the moment (PDC) since Sunday, and she reports that the weather is hot. Spot on for sunbathing. We were there for Lanzaid last year in March and the weather was superb.

Hi Sarah and welcome to the forum. They do have boat trips all year round from PDC, and there are plenty of other excursions, look for Luton Travel, they have an office in the resort.:lanz

Thereīs never any bad weather in April, Sarah. ;)

You might get cloudy days and a small risk of a shower, but with temperatures 22 to 25C, thatīs not bad! :woo
