Unhappy Help

Hi was wondering could anyone advise me on what to do. Was in Playa Blanca for Christmas and left a dimond and ruby ring into a well know jewelers to be repaired, despite several visits back to the shop the ring was not ready to be collected, before we went home. We were then told that the ring would be sent on to us in Dublin. After several phone calls and numerous excuses from the jewelers, i still have no ring and am wondering what i can do about it. Or is my ring lost forever

If you have proof that the ring is still there you 'might' be able to get it back.

If you have anything on paper to say they still have the ring then when you get back try and get it, if that fails be sure to keep the paper and make a visit to the police station to see if you can take it further.

If you do go down this route I would suggest taking someone who can translate for you.

If you do not have proof there is nothing you can do really, you could try getting it back but in the eyes of the law there is nothing to prove that they have your ring so it will become your word V theirs.
