I have spent the morning on the phone from England speaking with estate agents, banks etc. The rain is thundering down in the midlands and it is just so cool to disuss buying out there.

Didn't you have an impending career change coming up?

We bought in PB beginning of the year, if it settles your nerves it was an easy, enjoyable and hassle free experience, much easier than in the UK, and there's loads to choose from so enjoy!!

Oh, and if you need it, Spanish interest rates are much lower than ours ;)

Had the career change last week. 30 yrs as a cop has come to an end !! Oh it is such a good feeling - not that I didn't enjoy the job but there comes a point when the body simply can't do it - too many broken bones, dislocated shoulders, squiffy eyes and scars. Time to do something else !!
