Right now I wish I was in Lanza because......

.....on my way home from work I got stuck behind a gritter for about half a mile with it spewing grit over my lovely wee car and it reminded me how much I need some sun urgently!!!

Sadly, I haven't yet been able to convince Mr C of the merits of Christmas in Lanza.

How about the rest of you?

From a mildish grey start this morning it turned into clear blue before my eyes, but as it did so, so the temperature dropped and the wind picked up. It is now -2 and bitterly cold and the wind is howling...:yikes

The log fire is blazing away and the ch boiler is pumping out a grey haze into the chilly night, by the morning I expect there will some snow lying and an icy car to de frost....:sigh

And no...I know before I even think about mentioning a trip away at Christmas, what the answer will be...:rolleyes

And me!!! I wish I was in Lanza 'cos it is bitterly cold here although clear blue. But everywhere is full of manic Christmas shoppers who would mow you down rather than say excuse me.

Give me the laid back atmosphere of Playa Blanca any day.:b7
