We have lost teddy bear - help

Hi,
We have realized after we returned home that we are missing 2 teddy bears in our baggage. I've found that my son lost them in Mirrador del Rio. I called them, and they found 2 teddies, but they don't want to send them back to us.

We'd be very grateful if someone who is in Lanzarote would go to Mirrador and send us the teddies. We would of course cover all related costs.
