barbapapa houses?

I was checking the Island on Google earth and found all these barbapapa-like roundhouses here:
29° 6'52.14"N
13°32'46.90"W
No name on the map, so just curious if anyone knows what that is.

These are The Famara Bungalows (Bungalows Playa Famara). They were one of the first builds designed for holiday letting on the island, but most are now lived on by their owners. They're tiered up the hillside towards the Famara cliffs and all have a fantastic sea view. Each is in a large plot of around 1,000 metres, and there is a communal swimming pool. I've heard that Manrique was involved in the design (he loved Famara) but don't know if that's just another Manrique legend.
