What is there to actually do at Christmas?

We will be inLanzarote from the 23rd Dec to the 1st Jan

Can anyone tell me what there is actually to do there family wise and so on.

How about, wind surfing, scuba diving, boat trips, a ride in a Yellow submarine (from Puerto Calero) Rancho Texas theme park (near Puerto del Carmen). Volcanic caves, Cactus Gardens, then of course there's always the lovely beaches to crash out on.
