over land /sea ferries / trains to Lanzarote

Hiya all. Due to a health problem I have been refused permission to fly so I am left with overland travel. I have been told it is poss in three to four days via trains and/or sea ferries , does any know any thing about this or who may help with the planning as I have searched the net with no luck at all. all the best to you all barry r:srs yes I am .
