ORCAR car hire, anyone??

We still have a long wait before we go, but are looking to rent a car. We are 5 adults + luggage. We plan to tour quite a bit and we want all 5 to sit comfortably. At home we drive e 7 seater (Hyundai Trajet) and we'd like a similar car e.g. Seat Alhambra. Or 2 small cars s.a. Twingo sunroof.
We found really cheap prices on ORCAR, but there is so much difference in price that we wonder if it's safe to rent through them.
Anyone had experience with them??
Thanx!

Orcar car hire

Hi Dutchie

We've used Orcar a few times, and have never had any major problems, and any minor ones have been speedily remedied. Usually there's no courtesy map in the glove compartment, so if you need that, check before leaving the airport. We once had a car where the air-conditioning wasn't working and they changed it no problem. As with any hire company, check for dings and scratches before you get in; there hasn't been anything to worry about in our case, but it's worth remembering.

Overall, I can't see any difference in the level of service and cover that they offer to other more expensive firms. Let's put it this way, we are booked with them later on this month! :) :)

Whatever you decide, have a great holiday!

We have used Orcar many times and no problems usually some dents and scratches and as Ann said we always make a note but nothing to worry never been challenged, did get held up once as we couldn't get in the car as adjacent cars were parked too close! not Orcars so they directed us to another one, free upgrade to a larger car!
