Any feedback appreciated regarding Orcar car hire. I am asking because, from my current research, they seem the cheapest for a Group A car for when we are coming in late February to early March this year ...

Not sure, I've never used ORCAR but you should check out the insurance cover. Their web site doesn't give too much detail it just says "- Collision and theft insurance."

AUTOREISEN's website (for example) quotes their insurance as follows :-
- Comprehensive insurance included in all vehicle groups.
• Collision damage waiver (CDW).
• Total coverage in case of the theft of the vehicle (TP).
• Personal Injury Assistance (PAI).
• Damage or accident to third parties.

AUTOREISEN are also very cheap (€92 for a week late feb/mar), but the problem with them is the queue at tye airport desk, then again at the airport pick-up desk waiting for your car to arrive, it can take around an hour whereas I used to get mine from ANTHON in about 5 mins.
