| Our New Forum Welcome to the new Lanzarote.com Forum. For any new visitors or old members revisiting after a time away, let me update you. The forum has recently been hacked and as a result, virtually all the old postings and information has been lost. The forum has been updated to prevent this happening again but in effect, the forum is starting from scratch. Itīs at times like this that we need all the members to support the forum to ensure its survival and its reputation as the foremost Lanzarote information source and forum for people to participate, without any fear of offence and personal attack. We need your Lanzarote photos for the Photo Album, reviews of your accommodation in the Accommodation sections, favourite restaurants in the Resort sections, recommendations for things to do, places to go, recommended websites etc. I'm reconstructing the forum as best as I can remember, but this is the time to make any improvements. Your suggestions are therefore welcome in our Forum Feedback section. As far as any new members are concerned, donīt be scared to register and ask any questions you want answered on Lanzarote. Our members all love the island and have a wealth of experience of holidaying or living here. Your questions will be answered in a friendly and helpful manner. Or just join in with our chat and banter in our Entertainment section. Youīll be made most welcome. :happy

| I don't have as much knowledge of the island as most of you guys, but I have obtained a great deal of useful information from the Forum in the past. I am happy to help and add what little information I have. Please feel free to move anything I post in the wrong place.

| ** Thank Gawd you're back ** Hadn't realised the forum was back on for-um. Great news -- and a great effort from Bawbee (sorry to refer to icebergs in the context of Lanzarote, but what we're seeing on screen is only the tip of the monumental effort required to recover from a hacking). By the way, any idea who was responsible for wrecking the forum in the first place? Looked like a Russian on Fuerteventura to me, they've never liked Lanzarote. :fanlanza |
