hi all, we are in a position to consider living in lanzarote from october to april each year, can you please advise any local knowledge that would help us....e.g. how to go about renting, do rentals include bills, what to avoid etc etc also are there toddler friendly places?

Hello, first of all thank you for choosing our island to move over, i can give you some tips,
The weather, the weather in the Canary Islands is very stable, you will have a temperature of 20-25º most of the time, only in the night and specially in the country side you will need a pullover or something

About rentals, normally long rentals do not include bills, water and electricity is quite expensive down here, but for 5 month you may find something that includes everything, a bit expensiver.
