Has anyone been affected by the dreadful flooding ?

I feel sorry for those who have been stranded overnight on the motorways, the M5 and M50 have been closed on this the busiest holiday week end of the year.

I wonder how many people have had their holiday ruined by missed flights flooded campsites, cancelled train services and flooded hotels.

Does your travel insurance cover you for these events ?
