Very quiet, up the club till 2.30 then back to the house for my lunch (which I didn't manage to burn), then never set foot outside the house until I went to work yesterday. Didn't half make a hole in the voddie supply tho:)

OK, am back now after my Pollo y mojo (which was fiiiiine) and ready to catch up.
Christmas was spent in the UK. We had a pre-Xmas wedding to attend. That was gorgeous - and yes, we all got emotional ;)
We managed to visit my family on the 23rd - and have quality time.
Xmas eve was a very drunken affair... spirits were very high lol.
xmas day we all ate far too much, and drank too much - happy days!
Boxing day was spent with 2 of my best friends - swapping gifts and cuddles. Then headed to a guy that I used to work with, and his lady. More vino... lots of gossip.
Alan and I haven't bought presents for each other - but instead have got a Black Lab puppy from SARA animal shelter - as it's also our anniversary on the 1st January.
We're very, VERY excited about it!
New Year promises to be a great night. We're really looking forward to spending our first in Lanzarote!
Hope you all have a good one!

Oh forgot to say what presents I DID get...

Erm... a couple are a bit kinky to mention on this site (ahem)... but the ones I can mention are the "smellies", cookery books (because I love cooking), a watch, chocolates, music, t-shirt... erm... and vino (of course).

Peggy - you got Bread for Christmas ???? Is that acceptable ?? I might get Mrs Ole some next year.

Jackie - you got a DAB clock / radio / cd ? Must have been a nice surprise ?

Mrs Ole got a lap top and I got socks.

Ole

PS - My new socks are in fact 4 pairs of ‘easy match socks’ i.e. each pair is black and has a different coloured heel – see - easy to match.
Why don’t they just all have the same coloured heel ?
In my book THAT’S easy match !

Finished work at 5pm on Xmas Eve then back on 27th at 7am for opening at 8am, first day of Sale!!

Got what I wanted for Xmas & New Year, 9 points!! Beat that Ole!!

Seriously though the best Christmas pressie will come this year, 2007, when we find out how the old fella reacted to this wondor drug for treating cancer he's currently on as a trailist.

As long haul is now out of the question for him we will most likely be going to Lanzarote at the end of Spetember or begining of October, so I will be able to get to use the new digital camera ( it will take me that long to read the bloody instructions!!)

Okay, Ole I'll give you that one. But the title isn't won at Christmas, it will be decided in May at The City of Manchester Stadium, when Chelsea's ex-midfielder/winger SWP will have you Rags crying into your beer!! - Just dreaming for the time being of seeing SWP back wher he belongs!

But it will definately be decided on that day!
