Hi wonder if anyone can help. Hubby and I are close buying a small semi property in PB and are after any advice and help to find a reputable mgt company who can do the necesary linen, towel, pool and cleaning role when the property is let, but also provide low scale pool clean/security check if we decide to use just for ourselves. Any ideas on possible contacts. Yr help really appreciated guys. Thx

There are many property management companies in and around Playa Blanca.
Try contacting http://www.lanzarotelates.com/. They have many villas on their books. I think the lady who runs it is called Angie. She may be able to help or recommend someone who can.

Definately try Angie at www.lanazarotelates.com Very helpful family business.

They do pools, cleaning etc and will also bring you in bookings.

Of course Bawbee on this forum also can get you quite a few bookings through his site.
